If the license file is missing in the folder C:\ProgramData\SmartPTT, Dispatcher can't start and client.log file is clear (without errors and warrnings)
If the license file is missing in the folder C:\ProgramData\SmartPTT, Radioserver Configurator is running blank with critical error. Also it could have loading server settings error.
Solution:
1. Get the customer license file and copy it
2. Rename copy file to LicenseKey.spttlx
3. Put the LicenseKey.spttlx file to C:\ProgramData\SmartPT
